We love survival, but it's always nice to improve an already great experience. Here on the survival server we don't want to change all aspects of how Minecraft survival works, simply improve it with a few features.
Below you can read about each feature we've added to the vanilla game.
Due to us having a few custom mobs in dungeons and cosmetics, we require you to allow the server resources when connecting.
You can see how to enable it by clicking here.
Towny includes a wide variety of features to offer instant enhancements to our server.
Simply use /guide while in-game to see all available commands.
On the server we have a currency called coins, which you can earn coins from 3 different methods currently:
The player run marketplace works by players renting pre-built shops or renting land to build their own plot.
Once a player has a shop they can create chestshops that sell, buy or trade items with other players.
Simply teleport to the marketplace and there are 2 very nice NPCs that will explain how you can use it.
The entire world is hand-made and every little corner of terrain is well thought out, explore to find custom dungeons and amazing locations for your next base.
We have even built every dungeon, temple and NPC village to our taste.
The map is ever expanding since we add on more continents and new land as we make it.
Here are some images of landscape you can come across.
We have a few custom mobs in Survival, and yes just connect with default minecraft (no mods) and you'll be good to go!
Jobs allow you to get paid for breaking, placing, killing, fishing, and crafting, and more. Gain experience as you perform your job.
Use /guide in-game to see all info.
You can pick up a spawner and place it where ever you want, but this can ONLY be done with a golden pickaxe that has Silk Touch enchantment on it.
You can find any default spawners in the resources world and bring back to the main world, in the actual main world you can currently find these:
In spawn you can join a group and then enter a big custom dungeon.
These dungeons are phased/instanced so if two groups play at once they can not see or help eachother (they got their own unique dungeons).
Each dungeon is themed differently, have custom mobs you can't find out in the survival world and unique drops that can be useful for many different things.
To teleport on survival you can craft teleport runes, these can then be used in a few different ways:
For a full guide on TP runes, please watch the video below or go in-game and type /guide
Gain experience and levels in professions and ss you level up you gain double drops and powers to use. See full info in /guide in-game.
Here's a quick summary of what the skills give you:
Progress through ranks and get more perks the higher the rank you've got.
This is the reason you have to choose a gender when you join TMM, it controls some titles.
To try and rank up and see requirements in-game /rankup
To see all ranks and requirements in-game /ranklist
Current ranks and their perks, we're currently in the process of adding more perks:
Through the cosmetic crate you can get cosmetic hats to wear and unlock more chat emoji's.
Type /emoji in-game to see all available emoji's.
Through the pet crate you can get amazing animated pets that follow you around.
Type /mpet in-game to spawn a pet that you have unlocked.
Through the vehicle crate you can get everything from cars and helicopters, to hoverbikes and submarines.
Use the in-game command /resources to teleport to a world that resets now and then, there you might find it easier to get certein materials.
On survival you can craft a few different things that arn't in the game normally.
First of all let's talk about the magic items, you can find the crafter NPC for these in /spawn.
Simply talk to him and right click an item to see the full recipe and what the item does, scroll down to see images of each item.
Other then that all players can craft invisible itemframes.
To make an invisible itemframe simply a lingering potion of invisibility in the middle and 8 itemframes around it, and you get 8 invisible item frames.
If you need help with any feature while in-game you can type /guide
